Client Account Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will manage relationships, oversee project deliverables, and work closely with internal teams to ensure that clients’ objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to client service. A deep understanding of account management processes, as well as a passion for delivering results and building long-term client relationships, is essential for success in this role.

Skills
Bookkeeping and accounting experience in QuickBooks Online
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Knowledge of Office 365 and apps, and G-Suite
Organization and time management skills
